Men who did 30 minutes of high-intensity interval training at night did not adversely affect their sleep and the workout seemed to reduce their feelings of hunger, according to a study in the journal Experimental Physiology. Compared with morning exercise, study participants had more exercise power when working out in the afternoon or at night.
