In other news, though there is no solid evidence that GMOs themselves are dangerous, the main ingredient in Round-Up has been deemed “a probable carcinogen” by the International Agency for Research on Cancer. Round-up is the most popular weed killer in the world and is sprayed on most GMO crops, which have been genetically modified to tolerate the chemicals.
