The following items will help you prepare for your Performance Appraisal System Annual Review:
- Performance Appraisal Schedule – I will be sending each of you a calendar invite for the appraisals, please accept those invites as soon as possible.
- CEA-Agent Achievement Report template – Choose the format your are most comfortable with. AAR should be emailed to me, Robert and Stacy by January 7 for all agents. If you review is prior to January 7, please provide the AAR one week prior to your review.

- Performance Appraisal System – This is the PAS document that I will complete during your appraisal. It will also help you to review this document when completing your AAR. (Word)
- 4 and 7 month Progress Review – This is the Progress Review document I will complete during the appraisal for all new agents that have less than 7 months with Extension. (PDF)
- Job Responsibilities – Complete form with all agents listed. Due at the time of your appraisal. (Word)
- County Coordinator Duties – Complete form. Due at the time of your appraisal. (Word)
- 4-H Coordinator Duties – Complete form. Due at the time of your appraisal. (Word)
In addition to those documents, you will need to have the following information ready for review at your appraisal:
- County Annual Report: https://agrilife.org/d7adminservices/administrative-reporting/county-annual-report/ due online by January 15
- Indepth Summaries: Must be uploaded on Texas Data by December 15
- 4-H Enrollment Report – ES-237 for 2020-21
- Documentation of Extension Planning Groups – notification letter, agenda, minutes and attendance lists. (LAB, PAC, CPAB, Coalitions, etc.)
