The AgriLife Advanced Leadership Program allows participants to interact with administrators, leadership professionals, and peers while gaining experiences and tools needed to enhance their effectiveness as leaders. Participation provides Texas A&M AgriLife representatives with opportunities to develop leadership, and personal and professional skills through awareness, interaction, and mastery of core competencies. Both knowledge and skills gained throughout the 2 year program to foster advocacy and support of each component of Texas A&M AgriLife. The implementation of personal development plans enhances value to the individual and his or her agency.
