CHARM Interview

A tabletop game of sorts could soon be a leading decision-making tool for city and county governments along the Texas coast, watershed experts believe.

This video is a compilation of a CHARM workshop for city planners held at Texas A&M- Galveston and a demonstration at the Gulf of Mexico Alliance Conference in New Orleans, LA. It shows how the We-Table can be used in a live setting.

Part I: Setting up a weTable

In this video, you can see how to set up a We-Table for use in public workshops or meetings. The video shows the equipment and basic steps for setting up the table.

Part II: Configuring the weTable and data exploration

This video shows how to connect the wiimote and to use the light pen to control the laptop. The video then looks at how to explore data and maps using the light pen.

Coastal CHARM 2011 workshop

Use of the We-Table at the Coastal CHARM workshop held May 26 at Texas A&M-Galveston. There is no sound with the video, but you will be able to see how people are able to interact around the We-Table with some fairly intensive data.
