Time to get a jump start on writing bills to be discussed and debated during Texas 4-H Congress.  Anyone can write and submit bills regardless of Congress participation.  Registration is not yet open, nor has information been distributed.

Once you have an idea and want to begin inputting the information in the system, the following link will take you to the appropriate site.  https://fs4.formsite.com/state4h/bill2020/form_login.html  After creating a login, members should follow the on-screen prompts.

Committees are a bit different this year and will include an Agriculture and Livestock focused committee.  The committee structure for Texas 4-H Congress 2020 follows.

• Education (EDU)
• Energy and Environment (EEV)
• Government, Finance, & Appropriations (GFA)
• Homeland Security and Public Safety (HPS)
• Judiciary and Juvenile Justice (JJJ)
• Public Health & Welfare (PHW)

We anticipate an exciting time in Austin as 4-H members gather to discuss and debate issues that impact Texans during Texas 4-H Congress.  Our event is scheduled for July 12-15, 2020.
