The American Society of Agricultural and Biological Engineers (ASABE) Texas Section will award the Cleon Namken Memorial Scholarship annually to a graduating high school senior enrolling in college with plans to pursue a degree in engineering with an emphasis in a soil or water related field. A recommendation from an ASABE Texas Section member is beneficial but not mandatory. The application can be found here.
