Walk the trail to health.  Join us for the 2015 Kick-off Event! Come early to view child health and wellness booths from 9:00-10:00 AM.  Registration for Walk Across Texas starts at 9:00.  The walk on Nolan Creek Trail will start at 10:00.  Free bandanas for registered walkers and teams.

Join us September 2015 as Extension celebrates Family Mealtime! Three things you can do: Make it your mission to have meals as a family three times a week or more. Step Up and Scale Down

Step Up and Scale Down is a 12-week educational program based on the USDA 2010 Dietary Guidelines, which are intended to help Americans choose a healthful eating plan to achieve and maintain a healthy weight.  A new class will begin September 22 to December 8 in Belton.  For details on registration, click here:  SUSD_Bell_Community_Class_2015
