Rules of Use
Policies and procedures will be discussed at the client meeting. Initial rules can be found on our pricing guideline.
Catering must be provided by a licensed professional caterer. Any caterer of your choosing is acceptable, and recommendations can be provided. Please note, no kitchen facilities are available, so the caterer must meet with the Coordinator prior to the event.
Alcohol is permitted but must comply with Texas A&M University Alcohol Rules. In accordance with those rules, only University Catering may serve alcohol and the presence of a Texas A&M University Police Officer is required for the full duration of the event. Vehicles with valid TAMU parking permits may park in the following lots*:
- Lot 100: All TAMU permits are valid
- Lot 97: University Business (UB) permits are valid
- Lots 97, 74, 61: Pay-by-space visitor parking
*Parking is unavailable in these lots during selected Texas A&M University sponsored events (e.g. football games, basketball games, etc.)
The sale and distribution of food, beverages, souvenirs or other concession items are permissible with prior approval of the Coordinator. In accordance with University Rule 21.99.09.M1 (3), a concessions permit must be obtained.
