Alcohol is permitted but must comply with Texas A&M University Alcohol Rules. In accordance with those rules, only approved vendors may serve alcohol and the presence of a Texas A&M University Police Officer is required for the full duration of the event.

Alcohol Beverage Requests
If you plan to serve alcohol at your event, then you MUST fill out and submit an alcohol beverage request form. Please download and fill out the appropriate form (listed below). Forms/requests must be received no later than two (2) weeks prior to the event. Completed forms can be emailed to AgriLifeEvents@ag.tamu.edu.
You will also need to schedule a University Police presence for the event as well. Information and forms is available from the University Police website.
Alcohol Beverage Request forms for:
- AgriLife-hosted events (PDF)
- This includes any event hosted by Texas A&M AgriLife or any of its agencies, offices, departments or entities on AgriLife or System property
- AgriLife Center events (PDF)
- This form is specifically for any event (AgriLife or non-AgriLife hosted) occurring in The Shirley & Joe ’74 Swinbank AgriLife Center.
- The Gardens at Texas A&M events (PDF)
- This form is specifically for any event (AgriLife or non-AgriLife hosted) occurring in the Gardens at Texas A&M.
