Good Afternoon Spring Spectacular Participants,<\/p>\n

Over the past week I know that several of you have reached out questioning the fate of Spring Spectacular. I have finally received some clarification in all of the uncertainty. With the moratorium that UIL has set in place until May 4th<\/sup> there is to be no contest in any way, there are a few exceptions that I will cover below. The Spring Spectacular planning group is looking into coming up with some alternate form of a showcase event to be held over the summer, details will be forthcoming as we continue to work through this adversity<\/p>\n

IF<\/u><\/strong> State Roundup is able to happen the event will be an invitational contest for all Senior Level 4-Hers with the exception of the following contest: Food Show, Food Challenge, and Share-the-Fun.<\/p>\n

As you know we have already had our District Food Show and Food Challenge Contest so those that advanced to state will continue to do so. For Share-the-Fun there will be some sort of District contest for Senior Level 4-H members, more information about this will come at a later date.<\/p>\n

The District Photography contest has taken place and results should be sent out soon.<\/p>\n

The District Fashion Storyboard contest will still happen, more information will come as we receive it.<\/p>\n

If you already registered for SS we will delete your registration.<\/p>\n

I know that this is certainly not an ideal situation but we appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.<\/p>\n
