If we <b>do not <\/b>receive your form by <b><i>April 6th<\/i><\/b>, you will not be excused from school. Please note that, you will <b>only<\/b> be given the day of your event as an excused absence. <span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\">Please be sure to include EACH activity\/event that the student will be participating in along with the specific date of the activity or event.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"xmsonormal\"><b><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\">This form is required of anyone participating in any activity or event, whether a student is requesting an excused absence or not. <\/span><\/b><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\">Please submit this form to the Wharton County Extension Office, 315 E.
