Each exhibitor who is participating under Wharton County 4-H will need to submit the eligibility/excused absence request form to our office by February 24\, 2023 before 12:00 p.m. \nPlease note the following: \n\nProject must be exhibited under a Wharton County 4-H Club in order to be excused\nRegardless of if your event is on a weekday or weekend\, eligibility forms must be completed and turned into schools in order to participate.\nThe Wharton County Extension Office will send the eligibility request\nJunior Fair Board member will need to contact Ms. Laura at laura.reyna@ag.tamu.edu or call the County Extension Office at 979-532-3310 to arrange excused absences for the fair.
