The 2023 Wharton County Youth Fair is fast approaching! Each exhibitor who is participating under Wharton County 4-H will need to submit the eligibility/excused absence request form to our office by February 24, 2023 before 12:00 p.m.

Please note the following:

• Project must be exhibited under a Wharton County 4-H Club in order to be excused
• Regardless of if your event is on a weekday or weekend, eligibility forms must be completed and turned into schools in order to participate.
• The Wharton County Extension Office will send the eligibility request
• Junior Fair Board member will need to contact Ms. Laura at laura.reyna@ag.tamu.edu or call the County Extension Office at 979-532-3310 to arrange excused absences for the fair. A separate form is required for all Junior Fair Board members.
