Purpose
The purpose of the professional paper is to demonstrate the student’s expertise in the application of problem-solving techniques and research, generally used by professionals in their chosen field of endeavor, to resolve a practical problem.
The body of the report should typically consist of introduction, literature review, objectives, approach, results and applications and literature cited.
The paper must satisfy the requirements of the College of Agriculture with regard to format, mechanics and submission of copies.
The paper will be filed in the Record of Study Section of the Sterling C. Evans Library and elsewhere as desired by the Advisory Committee, except in those cases where the paper contains confidential information.
