Texas is located in the Southern Plains region along with Oklahoma.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Texas\u2019s overall pasture land value (per acre) for the last 5 years shows an average increase of $540\/acre:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2019 &#8211; 1,660<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2020 &#8211; 1,680<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2021 &#8211; 1,800<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2022 &#8211; 2,050<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2023 &#8211; 2,200\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Following 2020 land prices continued to increase at higher rates.
