Good morning 4-Hers!!!<\/p>\n

I am happy to share some great news with you!!!!\u00a0\u00a0 Heart of Texas and State Fair of Texas have teamed up to make sure that livestock exhibitors get a chance to show this fall.\u00a0 Therefore; we will be hosting 2 entry nights here at the Extension office on August 18 and August 20 from 5-7pm<\/strong>.\u00a0 If you can not make one of these two days you must make an appointment PRIOR<\/strong> to these days in order to get your forms filled out.\u00a0 WE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING ENTRY FORMS AFTER AUGUST 20!!!! (no exceptions). <\/strong><\/u>\u00a0\u00a0I will have the forms here at the office for you to fill out once you arrive.\u00a0 Also make sure that you Quality Counts # is current!!<\/p>\n

Pay attention to the dates and times and please plan accordingly!!!!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Parents, I will ask that when you come to the office to complete the entry form that you the only child you bring with you is the exhibitor that will be showing.\u00a0 Due to Covid 19 we will need to limit the number of people that will be in the room to fill out the paperwork.\u00a0 And the exhibitors signature is required on the paperwork.\u00a0 We will be able to social distance in the room.<\/p>\n
