Photography Reception

Sent

Dear 4-H Members and Families,

The Fort Worth Camera 4-H Photography reception will take place tomorrow February 23rd from 6:30 to 8 p.m.  Not only has Fort Worth Camera sponsored our photography contest this year, they will also be mounting an exhibition in their gallery space for select photos from this year’s contest entries.  The reception will allow our members to meet the staff and judges who helped with the contest and to come together and discuss 4-H and photography.  The store is located close to the Will Rogers complex at 1600 Montgomery St, Fort Worth, TX 76107.  All entries will be shown in a slide show fashion as well as the gallery exhibition so all 124 entries will be on display.  Please come out to support your fellow 4-H members and meet one of our newest community partners.

And if you are interested in learning about photography or improving your skills, be sure to sign up for the Fort Worth Camera 4-H Photography project with this form.  This project will meet on Saturdays from 1-2 p.m. from March 24th to April 28th.  There will be no meeting on April 21st.  The project will be taught by Edgar Miller, Fort Worth Camera’s Head of Education, and is free to our 4-H members.  This is an amazing opportunity for our 4-H members to receive for free a service that Mr. Miller normally charges for.  Fort Worth Camera and Mr. Miller are excited to provide this outreach and encouragement to our members.

If you have any question, please feel free to contact the office and I look forward to seeing many of you tomorrow evening.
