Dear 4-H Members and Families,
This is just a reminder that there will be a County Youth Council meeting and an Adult Leaders Association meeting starting at 6:30 p.m. at the Extension office Monday, November 27, 2017. Every 4-H club in Tarrant County should have two or three youth representatives attending the CYC meeting, although all 4-H members are welcome. This is a great way to meet other members of 4-H and to find out what is going on in the county.
The ALA’s purpose is to support the 4-H youth by sharing ideas and keeping you, as a 4-H Family, informed. As we know your time is valuable, the meetings are kept brief and to the point.
Likewise, every club should have the manager or an adult representative present at the ALA meeting. We also need to have a club representative from every club for CYC.
