On Triatoma protracta that was attracted to mercury vapor and ultraviolet lights
Determined by Professor Cal Welbourn who said: “Cool mites! They are Pterygosomatidae probaby Pimeliaphilus sp. There are several species that are ectoparasites on reduviids, scorpions, and cockroaches. At high infestations they can be fatal to the host.”
