Teff [Eragrostis tef (Zucc.) Trotter] is a relatively new forage crop in the Rolling Plains of Texas, and it is getting popular in other surrounding areas. Teff is a warm-season annual grass that is native to Ethiopia. It can be harvested several times during the hot summer and produces high quality hay. The question is whether the Teff is adapted in our Hot and Dry summer in the Rolling Plains of Texas!
