Recently, Progressive Cattleman Magazine asked if I would write a short article outlining the status of legal claims involving Nevada rancher, Cliven Bundy.\u00a0 Because there were a number of civil and criminal lawsuits at issue, folks had several questions about exactly what was going on.\u00a0 What charges were dismissed?\u00a0 Why was he in jail?\u00a0 Is he still allowed to graze his cattle on federal land?<\/p>\n
