New Mexico.<\/strong>\u00a0 The United States Supreme Court has slated oral arguments in the <a href=\"https:\/\/agrilife.org\/texasaglaw\/2013\/09\/18\/texas-water-wars-texas-v-new-mexico\/\">Texas v. New Mexico lawsuit<\/a> involving claims that New Mexico has violated a treaty between the states related to the Rio Grande River on January 8.\u00a0 [Read article <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kcbd.com\/story\/36872845\/oral-arguments-scheduled-in-texas-new-mexico-water-right\">here<\/a>.]\u00a0 Additionally, the Justices will hear argument in a water law case pitting Florida against Georgia the same day.\u00a0 [Read article <a href=\"https:\/\/www.environmentallawandpolicy.com\/2017\/11\/supreme-court-takes-florida-v-georgia-lawsuit-january\/?utm_source=Mondaq&amp;utm_medium=syndication&amp;utm_campaign=View-Original\">here<\/a>.]<\/p>\n<p><strong>*Missouri bans Engenia mid-year, same expected for XtendiMax and FeXapan.<\/strong>\u00a0 As soon as I hit &#8220;publish&#8221; on the Dicamba Update post, more news came out of Missouri.
