In the past year, I have given\u00a0over 20\u00a0presentations on\u00a0grazing leases to\u00a0over 1,100\u00a0folks, mostly Texas landowners and producers.\u00a0 It is clear that leasing is an important issue in Texas!<\/p>\n

In light of that, I prepared a checklist of terms for parties to consider when negotiating or drafting a grazing lease.\u00a0 I am excited to announce that the publication is now officially available online…..for free<\/strong><\/span>!<\/p>\n
