Ag industry sees legal changes in 2025<\/strong><\/p>\n

It is always fun to co-author something with my friend and colleague, Shannon Ferrell.\u00a0 Every year, we work together on an article for the Southwest Farm Press Outlook Series.\u00a0 This article is an overview of some of the big legal issues we are watching in 2025.\u00a0 (Do note, several rulings have taken place related to the Corporate Transparency Act since this article, but for now, the reporting requirements still remain on hold.)\u00a0 You can read our article here.<\/a><\/p>\n

Speaking of the Corporate Transparency Act, I recently did an interview with Dan Looker from Successful Farming on this topic.\u00a0 There have been a lot of moving parts, leading to confusion and frustration, but Don worked hard to help get everyone up to date on where things stand so they can make the best decision for their operation.
