Why join?

The objective of the Texas County Agricultural Agents Association (TCAAA) is to promote the professional improvement of its members and to cooperate in every manner appropriate for the welfare of the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension and to aid in building and maintaining high standards of service to farm and ranch clienteles of Texas and also to those urban people who request our services.

Who can join?

All professional County Extension Agents for Agricultural, Agriculture related (e.g., horticulture, marine, etc.), and 4-H related positions who draw their support from local sources may become members of this Association.

How to join?

Complete the membership application form and submit with payment to your District Director. Please contact your District Director for deadlines and costs.

What does TCAAA do for you?

Teach – The Association furnishes material for the national magazine, THE COUNTY AGENT.The publication of the National Association of County Agricultural Agents keeps us informed about association activities.

Congregate – The Association provides an opportunity for agents to have personal contact with others in similar work on a State and National level.

Collaborate – Gives an opportunity to exchange ideas and discuss programs and problems of common interest.

Cause – Helps identify the purpose, scope and objectives of the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service.

Award – Provides a program for recognizing a job well done by making awards for Distinguished Service on a State and National basis.
