Ross graduated from THE University of Illinois.  He moved to San Antonio, Texas in 1984 (couldn’t get here fast enough).  He worked for a medium-sized lawn care company based in San Antonio that eventually was purchased by TruGreen.  He worked for TruGreen-ChemLawn for 20 years, most of that as the Region Technical Manager for the Southwest Region.  He has held pesticide applicators licenses in 3 states, and has the designation of Master Certified Professional Turfgrass Manager under the Texas Turfgrass Association.  He was the first sales representative hired for the new DuPont Professional Products group in 2004.  As a representative for DuPont, he covered 7 states for Turf, Golf, Pest Control and Termite products.  Syngenta acquired the Professional Products group from DuPont in 2012.  Now as Territory Manager for the Southwest he has the responsibility for Pest Control and Termite products.  He has been married for 28 years and has 2 children.  He likes to garden and is an avid firearms enthusiast.
