ALL entries, livestock & non-livestock must be submitted during these dates through MCFA online system<\/p>\n

Online entry system open from:\u00a0 January 19, 2026 – January 30, 2026 at 5pm<\/p>\n

All exhibitors, livestock & non-livestock, are required to complete the youth indemnity form: Youth Indemnity Form<\/a><\/p>\n

    March 28, 2026 at 9am.<\/p>\n

    Re-tags are done in the circle drive next to the Fair Office \u2013 the exhibitor MUST call and let the Fair Office know they are coming.<\/p>\n

    Need to cancel their re-tag appointment, you must call and let the Fair Office know.<\/p>\n
