COLLEGE STATION, TX (January 4-6, 2015) – This Leadership Cornerstones session was the third meeting of the AgriLife Advanced Leadership Program, Cohort III. The two day session coincided with the 2015 Texas A&M AgriLife Conference, January 5-9, 2015 “Lone Star State of Mind: Shining a Light on Service.” Cohort III competencies focused onBuilding Relationships and Interpersonal Skills as well asDeveloping a Professional and Personal Leadership Plan. Texas A&M Veterinary Medical Diagnostic Laboratory (TVMDL) Cohort III participants gave an Advocacy Presentation and Diagnostic Cases Presentation, followed by a tour of TVMDL in College Station. Dr. Bill Dugas, Mr. Tom Boggus, Dr. Craig Nessler, Dr. Doug Steele, Dr. Bruce Akey and Dr. Alton Johnson joined the Cohort and Executive for a luncheon and leadership roundtable discussion. Cohort members also began the feedback process on their peer shadowing assignment.
