It is our understanding that more directives will be coming from the Governor\u2019s office and AgriLife Extension after May 18<sup>th<\/sup>.\u00a0 If a cancellation becomes necessary we will communicate that to you as soon as possible.<\/li>\n<li>In the event that the State 4-H Horse Show cannot be held as planned, then we will offer a virtual show that youth can choose to participate in if they wish.\u00a0 We fully realize that a virtual show is not the same as an in-person show; however, it will afford the youth a chance to showcase the work they have put toward their projects this year, and offer unique educational components.\u00a0 If a virtual show is deemed necessary, then we will be sending out instructions on registration, rules, classes, etc.\u00a0 A validated horse will still be required to participate in the virtual show.<\/li>\n<li>In the event that district and\/or state shows cannot proceed as planned, then families will be given the option to request a refund of their validation fees.\u00a0 More details about how this will be accomplished will be made available if cancellations are deemed necessary, and when the best refund process has been identified.<\/li>\n<li>District show qualification requirements for the state show will be waived for this year.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/animalscience.tamu.edu\/livestock-species\/equine\/state-4h-show\/\">https:\/\/animalscience.tamu.edu\/livestock-species\/equine\/state-4h-show\/<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>State Horse Show Information As of right now the State 4-H Horse Show has not been cancelled.
