If a discipline is not available or cancelled, registered attendees will be refunded or allowed to select a different discipline.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Where is the training held?<\/strong> Texas 4-H Conference Center (5600 FM 3021, Brownwood, TX 76801)<br \/>\n325-784-5482<br \/>\n**And an online portion<\/p>\n<p><strong>When will it be?<\/strong> March 6-7, 2026 (Friday-Saturday)<br \/>\n\u2022 Training begins at 2:00 pm on March 7th.<br \/>\n\u2022 Tentatively, events early afternoon on March 8th.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How much does it cost?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Early bird (before Feb. 16th): $125<\/li>\n<li>Late (February 17th- March 1st): $150<\/li>\n<li><strong><em>An online \u201cGreen Injection\u201d training is required before attending. This training is $20 and the link will be sent to you when you register for this event.<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Lodging is available for an additional cost:\n<ul>\n<li>Hotel-style lodging: $110\/room\/night<\/li>\n<li>Dormitory-style lodging: $40\/person\/night<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Registration details:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Register via the Texas 4-H Center\u2019s registration website: <a href=\"http:\/\/texas4hcenter.tamu.edu\/\">http:\/\/texas4hcenter.tamu.edu\/<\/a> (NOT 4-H Connect)<\/li>\n<li>Registration will open January 23rd and close March 1st.<\/li>\n<li>Registration includes meals and course materials<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Additional details:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Only one discipline certification (archery, pistol, rifle or shotgun) is obtainable per participant at this training<\/li>\n<li>Tentative schedule, what to bring list, and release forms can be found on the 4-H Center website and will be sent to each participant in a confirmation e-mail.<\/li>\n<li>Please Note: Even though registration will be done through the 4-H Center Registration System, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>all participants still MUST have an ACTIVE Profile in 4-H Online and have passed the Background Check PRIOR to participating in the training. (This will be checked!- NO EXCEPTIONS)<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li>Please refer to the participant letter at the end of this document.
