DESCRIPTION:2026 State (Texas) 4-H Roundup Registration\nAII SENIOR LEVEL YOUTH (those competing and non-competing)\, AGRILIFE EXTENSION EMPLOYEES\, AND CHAPERONES MUST PRE-REGISTER THROUGH 4HONLINE!!!!\n\n\n\nREGISTRATION DEADLINES:\n\n\n\nApril 13 – May 5\, 2026: Roundup Registration through 4HOnline\n\n\n  \nLATE REGISTRATION (in addition to regular registration amounts) \n\n\nMay 6-7\, 2026: Additional $50 Late Fee  \n\n\nMay 8-11\, 2026: Additional $250 Late Fee \n\n\nMay 12-18\, 2026: Additional $500 Late Fee \n\n\nNO REGISTRATION ACCEPTED AFTER MAY 28 \n\n\nMore Information at Texas 4-H Roundup\nNOTE: If the credit card expires before final approval\, then the credit card has a chance of being declined by YOUR BANK and will receive a declined credit card email. If the credit card does not have enough funds at the time of final approval\, then the credit card has a chance of being declined and will receive a declined credit card email. \n\n\nREGISTRATION TYPES: \nBE SURE TO SELECT THE RIGHT TYPE OR YOU WILL HAVE TO DELETE AND START THE REGISTRATION PROCESS OVER TO CHANGE TYPES IN 4HONLINE \nMeaning of each type: \n\n\nALL-INCLUSIVE – Access to contests\, workshops\, Trade Show plus any pre and post Assembly events for the entire week of Roundup\, Monday – Thursday \n\n\nDAY PASS – Access to contest\, workshops\, Trade Show and pre-post Assembly events that SINGLE CONTEST DAY ONLY \n\n\nJUNIOR/INTERMEDIATE/CLOVER KIDS – Grants access to all aspects of the week except contests and workshops. This is meant for providing credentials for siblings/employee children who will be in attendance. \n\n\n\n\nYOUTH ALL-INCLUSIVE: $120.00 \n\n\nYOUTH DAY SPECIFIC PASS: $50 (access to contest\, workshops\, Trade Show and pre-post Assembly events that SINGLE CONTEST DAY ONLY) \n\n\nADULT VOLUNTEER (All Inclusive -$75 or by day at $30) \n\n\nAGRILIFE EMPLOYEE (All Inclusive -$75 or by day at $30) \n\n\nYOUTH – JUNIOR/INTERMEDIATE GUESTS ($40 week or by day at $15) \n\n\nCLOVER KID GUESTS ($0) This is meant for providing credentials for siblings/ employee children who will be in attendance. \n\n\n*Day Specific/By Day will only grant access to the events in Reed that day only \nFor those who are not serving as Chaperones or guests attending the event\, there will be a pre-registration option that will open through AgriLife Register around May 11th. Onsite Registration will also available\, but we will only accept Credit Card. No cash or checks Onsite. \n\n\n4-H SCHOLARS:\n4-H Scholars will not need to register in 4HOnline UNLESS THEY ARE COMPETING. A recognition ceremony will take place Wednesday and Thursday evening during the Roundup Assembly. Scholars are asked to attend the evening assembly of their scholarship banquet night using the credentials provided to them from their Scholar Banquet. Scholars will also be given 2 guest passes for parents/ guest to attend complimentary\, the assembly in Reed that evening only. More details will be provided when the scholar announcement is sent by the Texas 4-H Foundation with complete invitation details. But again\, if a potential scholar is competing\, they will need to register in 4HOnline by the May 6th deadline or be assessed a late fee.
