DESCRIPTION:Once again\, the Austin County Fair is the last fair of the season\, and we need your help in judging! Your assistance is needed in judging the 4-H Junior\, 4-H Senior\, FCCLA\, Extension Education Association (EEA)\, Open Adult and Youth Departments on Tuesday\, October 11th\, 2022. Check in will begin at 10:45 a.m. and orientation will follow immediately in the General Exhibit Building. Judging will begin promptly at 1:00 p.m. PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE EARLIER THAN 10:45 A.M. BECAUSE WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ALLOW YOU IN THE BUILDING. Entries will still be coming in at that point.\nWe’ve made an effort to secure an adequate number of judges in an effort to equalize the number of items each person will judge. If you are unable to secure enough qualified judges\, please notify us as soon as possible. We are asking for extra judges from each county in order for us to accommodate the shortage that we experience on the day of judging. Please send any extras that can serve as floaters in any category. Please have this information returned to us by Monday\, September 26th.\nAs a token of our appreciation\, a chicken spaghetti meal will be served from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm in the General Exhibit Building.
