The resources below are to help make your 4-H experience as a Club Manager much easier and more rewarding for you and your club members!\u00a0Please be sure to read over our\u00a0Dallas County 4-H Handbook. In addition, bookmark\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/texas4-h.tamu.edu\/management\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Texas 4-H Management Resources<\/a>. This is our\u00a0most valuable resource for Club Managers!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Club managers<\/strong> must follow these guidelines:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Submit monthly reports for any meeting, including club and project meetings. Documents are due one week after the meeting is held and needs to include the following: agenda, sign-in sheet with official signatures, and meeting minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Club fundraisers require a Club Manager or Volunteer to submit a Fundraiser Request Form. Following each fundraiser, the club is also required to complete a follow-up report.<\/li>\n<li>Every Dallas County 4-H Club must have a youth representative present at all Dallas County 4-H Council Meetings&#8211;these will be the selected\/elected Club Delegates. Each Club Delegate is required to read and submit a Club Report Form at each County Council Meeting. The Club Delegate should not be a County Council Officer.<\/li>\n<li>Attend or find an adult representative from your club to attend Project and Club Manager Trainings or workshops put on by Texas A&amp;M AgriLife Extension Service \u2013 Dallas County<\/li>\n<li>Any public advertising of Dallas County 4-H must be approved through the County Extension Office prior to release. This includes but is not limited to advertisements, articles in a local paper or on a blog, and radio\/television appearances. Please be aware that while you may be promoting your individual club, you are representing Dallas County 4-H and Texas A&amp;M AgriLife Extension Service.<\/li>\n<li>Keep club members aware of information communicated from Texas A&amp;M AgriLife Extension Service \u2013 Dallas County.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Club management can sometimes seem like a daunting task.
