- TexasData System – Agent reports are due on or before the 7th of each month.
In addition to monthly TexasData reporting, monthly activity reports are compiled by agency personnel on a daily or other periodic basis pertaining to workload monitoring, task completion times, number of public contacts, and similar activities. Agents are asked to submit these reports on or before the 10th of each month.

Monthly commissioners court reports should be submitted via each county’s OneDrive folder/subfolder MONTHLY REPORTS/subfolder COMM CT REPORTS. Files should be named as follows: CC – LastName – YYYYMM, ex. CC – Jones – 201901.
Additionally, all county offices staffed by one or more agents AND county support staff personnel are responsible for conducting monthly office conferences and submitting a report of this conference on or before the 10th of each month.
Office conferences should be submitted via each county’s OneDrive folder/subfolder MONTHLY REPORTS/subfolder OFFICE CONFERENCES. Files should be named as follows: OC – County – YYYYMMDD, ex. CC – Andrews – 20190107.
