Please indicate your interest/preferred assignments for assisting with 2018 State and National 4-H Educational Events and return to the DISTRICT OFFICE by February 7, 2018.

We will make some of the assignments while others will be made by the State 4-H Office.  All agents are required to submit this form.  Agents not submitting this will be assigned to empty D6 spots at the DEA’s discretion.
