Annual Performance Appraisals

The following items will help you prepare for your PAS Annual Performance Appraisal:

  • Performance Appraisal Agenda
  • CEA-Agent Achievement Report template – Choose the format you are most comfortable with.
    • AAR template – PDF
    • AAR template – Word
    • AAR should be emailed to Rebel Royall and your RPL by September 27 for all agents. Please also upload your AAR to OneDrive via (Your County)/AGENT REPORTS/AGENT ACHIEVEMENT REPORTS, using file name AAR – 2024 – Last Name
  • CEA- Agent Achievement Report content tips – review this document when preparing your AAR. (PDF)
  • Performance Appraisal System – This is the PAS document that will be completed during your appraisal.  It will also help you to review this document when completing your AAR. (Word)
  • 4 and 7 month Progress Review – This is the Progress Review document that will be completed during the appraisal for all new agents that have less than 7 months with Extension. (PDF)
  • Job Responsibilities – Complete form with all agents listed.  Due at the time of your appraisal. (Word)
  • County Coordinator Duties – Complete form. Due at the time of your appraisal. (Word)
  • 4-H Coordinator Duties – Complete form. Due at the time of your appraisal. (Word)

In addition to those documents, you will need to have the following information ready for review at your appraisal:

  • In-depth Summaries –Due September 27, 2024
  • ES-237 4-H Enrollment Report
  • Documentation of Extension Planning Groups – notification letter, agenda, minutes and attendance lists.  (LAB, PAC, CPAB, Coalitions, etc.)

The following documents will be provided for review during your appraisal:

  • Fee Based Program Summary
  • Texas Data Reporting Compliance
  • TASS Weekly Crop Reporting Compliance
  • 4-H Enrollment Data by County
