Agenda items are due to Jamie Norgaard (jnorgaard@tamu.edu) the Friday the week before the meeting. All course agenda items are entered into the Course Inventory Management Curricular Approval Request System (CARS).
The Undergraduate Program Council (UPC) functions as the undergraduate instruction committee for the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences. The UPC must approve the following:
- New course requests
- Course change requests
- New degree programs and degree program changes.
- Department and course name changes
- Any change in policy that appears in the Undergraduate Catalog
All forms necessary for the above are available from Curricular Services
