- Approval of the Minutes
- February meeting cancelled due to lack of agenda items.

- Standard Operating Procedures
- Dr. Reed, GPC Chair shared their Standard Operating Procedure manual and Dr. Knight is modifying that for UPC approval. Will need to be on agenda in the next month, or so.

- There was an e-vote March 2.

- Approval of non-traditional courses in CARS (Study Abroad)
- Dr. Dooley has contacted departments who did not have their non-traditional study abroad courses in CARS.
- For any possible online courses enter into CARS to get approval early. This includes certificates (non-traditional format).
- The Principles of Accreditation (handout)-Jenna Kurten/Kim Dooley
- SACSCOC Principles of Accreditation– process by which Texas A&M illustrates compliance with these principles. Encouraged the committee to develop a policy consistent with the SACS requirement that faculty maintain responsibility for the content, quality, and effectiveness of academic curriculum.
