Who We Are

The College of Agriculture Development Council (COADC) is a volunteer organization dedicated to enhancing cooperation and understanding between Texas A&M University and the agricultural and life sciences community.

Members advise the Vice Chancellor and Dean of the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences on agricultural issues, and attract financial resources to enhance the educational programs of the College.

Created in 1981, the Council is composed of agricultural and business leaders from Texas and neighboring states, and includes both former students and friends of Texas A&M. Each member is dedicated to improving educational opportunities for current students majoring in agricultural and life sciences and preparing them for roles as future leaders.
