CAMP REGISTRATION WILL BE OPEN FROM MAY 19 THROUGH JUNE 2, 2025.

Important Dates

Dates for camp – July 25-26, 2025

Registration Open – May 19 – June 2, 2025

Teen Leader Applications open – May 1 – May 14, 2025

  • Teen leaders will be notified if they were selected by May 16th

Registration Fee includes meals, lodging and t-shirt.

Campers (3rd – 8th graders) – $50

Teen Leaders (9th – 12th graders) – Free

Chaperones – Free

There will be separate rooms for males and females. The rooms are a bunk style room with bunk beds.

Teen Leader Information

  • Teen leader required to attend the planning meeting on May 28th.
  • Teen leaders will arrive at camp on July 24th to prepare for camp.
  • Teen leaders will be presenters for project sessions.

Overnight Chaperone Information

  • Overnight chaperones MUST register through Eventbrite.
  • Overnight chaperones must be an approved volunteer in 4-H Online by May 19, 2025
  • Overnight chaperones must be 21+
  • 8:1 chaperone to member ratio
    • 5 men chaperones
    • 7 female chaperones
    • Once the chaperone rolls are full, a waitlist will be created for others that would like to chaperone

Day-Only Chaperone Information

  • 10 spots available
  • Day-Only chaperones MUST register through Eventbrite.
  • Day-Only chaperones must be an approved volunteer in 4-H Online by May 19, 2025
