BLT HIGHLIGHTS–November 2017

Better Living for Texans understands the importance of healthy eating for every age group. We know that healthy eating is a life-long commitment, so we work with seniors to help them ensure that they are getting an adequate amount of fruits and vegetables in ways that fit their lifestyles and living arrangements. introducing children to fresh fruits and vegetables.  As an example of our efforts in working with seniors, Natalie Ramos, BLT Assistant, is pictured below demonstrating innovative ways for seniors to increase their fruit and vegetable consumption.
