Earth-Kind Home Gardening Series
The Earth-Kind Home Gardening Series will be conducted Wednesdays, 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. at the Bexar County Extension Office (3355 Cherry Ridge, Suite 208). The 10-session series will be conducted on selected Wednesdays from February 6 through June 19. Series topics will help participants to maximize their garden and landscape while preserving and protecting the environment. Cost is $75 for the entire series (10 sessions) or $15 per session, and online registration is required.

Fruit Tree Basics Seminar
January 19 (Saturday) will be a Fruit Tree Basics Seminar, 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon, at Fanick’s Garden Center (1025 Holmgreen Road, San Antonio). Dr. Larry Stein, Extension Horticulturist, will demonstrate how to properly prune fruit, nut, citrus and grapes for maximum production. This seminar is FREE and no RSVP is required.
