This includes:\n<ul>\n<li>Abiding by the Texas 4-H Code of Conduct and Consequences of<br \/>\nMisbehavior<\/li>\n<li>Abiding by rules set by the Adult Leadership Team for Texas 4-H Congress<\/li>\n<li>Respecting other members of the Leadership Team<\/li>\n<li>Respecting the Capitol building and other facilities being used throughout<br \/>\nthe event<\/li>\n<li>Writing and submitting a minimum of one legislative bill for the event<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Texas 4-H Congress Leadership Team will be responsible for teaching the<br \/>\nlegislative process; you should be working on your own personal knowledge as<br \/>\nto how a bill becomes a law prior to the event.
