Need Pesticide CEUs?
As a Private Pesticide Applicator, it’s important to remember the continuing education unit (CEU) requirements. Private applicators are expected to obtain 15 hours of credit over a five year period with 2 hours in laws and regulations and 2 hours in integrated pest management. CEUs can be obtained through a number of venues however, the most common is by participating in educational programs offered by Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service.

As a reminder, we have a Healthy Streams Program planned for Wednesday, June 3rd at the Mansfield Park Recreation Center in Bandera. Three hours of CEU credit (1 IPM, 2 Gen) will be offered in addition to a meal. The program will begin at 10:00 a.m. and conclude by 3:00 p.m. Cost is $15/person. This will be very informative program pertaining to the impacts of livestock and wildlife on riparian health.
