Backyard Poultry Program Planned
Mark your calendar Tuesday, September 22nd 4:00 p.m. for a Backyard Poultry Program at the Mansfield Park Rec Center. This course will provide a broad introduction for those wanting to keep a small flock of laying hens. Subjects covered will include poultry feeding, housing, health and egg production. Participants will also learn about the food safety side of handling eggs. More information to come!
