{"id":717,"date":"2023-04-24T17:38:32","date_gmt":"2023-04-24T17:38:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agrilife.org\/agrilifecenter\/?page_id=717"},"modified":"2023-05-02T13:34:20","modified_gmt":"2023-05-02T13:34:20","slug":"alcohol-service","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/agrilife.org\/agrilifecenter\/alcohol-service\/","title":{"rendered":"Alcoholic Beverages at AgriLife Events"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Alcohol is permitted but must comply with\u00a0<a title=\"Texas A&amp;M University Alcohol Rules\" href=\"https:\/\/policies.tamus.edu\/34-03.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Texas A&amp;M University Alcohol Rules.<\/a> <span class=\"ui-provider gr b c d e f g h i j k l m n o p q r s t u v w x y z ab ac ae af ag ah ai aj ak\" dir=\"ltr\">In accordance with those rules, only <i>approved vendors<\/i> may serve alcohol and the presence of a Texas A&amp;M University Police Officer is required for the full duration of the event.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h4>Approved Vendors:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/tamu.catertrax.com\/\">Chartwells<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hilton.com\/en\/hotels\/cllchhf-hilton-college-station-and-conference-center\/events\/\">The Hilton<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cocktails4u.net\/\">Cocktails 4 U<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Alcohol Beverage Requests<\/h2>\n<p>If you plan to serve alcohol at your event, then you <strong>MUST<\/strong> fill out and submit an alcohol beverage request form. Please download and fill out the appropriate form (listed below). Forms\/requests must be received no later than two (2) weeks prior to the event. Completed forms can be emailed to <a href=\"mailto:AgriLifeEvents@ag.tamu.edu\">AgriLifeEvents@ag.tamu.edu<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>You will also need to schedule a University Police presence for the event as well. Information and forms is available from the <a href=\"https:\/\/upd.tamu.edu\/Pages\/Scheduling-Security.aspx\">University Police website<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h4>Alcohol Beverage Request forms for:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/agrilife.org\/agrilifecenter\/files\/2023\/04\/agriLifeAlcoholRequestFormEdited.pdf\">AgriLife-hosted events (PDF)<\/a>\n<ul>\n<li>This includes any event hosted by Texas A&amp;M AgriLife or any of its agencies, offices, departments or entities on AgriLife or System property<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/agrilife.org\/agrilifecenter\/files\/2023\/04\/agriLifeAlcoholRequestForm-AgriLifeCenter.pdf\">AgriLife Center events (PDF)<\/a>\n<ul>\n<li>This form is specifically for any event (AgriLife or non-AgriLife hosted) occurring in The Shirley &amp; Joe \u201974 Swinbank AgriLife Center.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/agrilife.org\/agrilifecenter\/files\/2023\/04\/agriLifeAlcoholRequestForm-Gardens.pdf\">The Gardens at Texas A&amp;M events (PDF)<\/a>\n<ul>\n<li>This form is specifically for any event (AgriLife or non-AgriLife hosted) occurring in the Gardens at Texas A&amp;M.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Alcohol is permitted but must comply with\u00a0Texas A&amp;M University Alcohol Rules.
