Any caterer of your choosing is acceptable, and recommendations can be provided. Please note, no kitchen facilities are available. All communications between catering provider and the AgriLife Center is the responsibility of the client.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Alcoholic Beverages<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Alcohol is permitted but must comply with\u00a0<a title=\"Texas A&amp;M University Alcohol Rules\" href=\"https:\/\/policies.tamus.edu\/34-03.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Texas A&amp;M University Alcohol Rules.<\/a> <span class=\"ui-provider gr b c d e f g h i j k l m n o p q r s t u v w x y z ab ac ae af ag ah ai aj ak\" dir=\"ltr\">In accordance with those rules, <a href=\"https:\/\/agrilife.org\/agrilifecenter\/alcohol-service\/\">only <i>approved vendors<\/i> <\/a>may serve alcohol and the presence of a Texas A&amp;M University Police Officer is required for the full duration of the event. More information, approved vendors and request forms are available on the <a href=\"https:\/\/agrilife.org\/agrilifecenter\/alcohol-service\/\">Alcohol Beverages page<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Parking<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For information about parking, please contact Texas A&amp;M University Transportation Services Special Events and Visitor Parking department at 979.862.2551. For more information, <a href=\"https:\/\/transport.tamu.edu\/Parking\/department.aspx\">visit the Texas A&amp;M parking site<\/a>, or view the <a href=\"https:\/\/transport.tamu.edu\/parkingmap\/tsmap.htm\">parking map<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Vehicles with valid TAMU parking permits may park in the following lots*:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lot 100: All TAMU permits are valid<\/li>\n<li>Lot 97:\u00a0 University Business (UB) permits are valid<\/li>\n<li>Lots 100, 97, 74: Pay-by-space visitor parking<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>*Parking is unavailable in these lots during selected Texas A&amp;M University sponsored events (e.g. football games, basketball games, etc.)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Concessions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The sale and distribution of food, beverages, souvenirs or other concession items are permissible with prior approval of the Coordinator.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Please take a moment to review the following rules of use for the AgriLife Center.
