Duplication

The acceptable methods of reproducing copies are by offset printing or photocopying. Only one method may be used. (Mixing different types of duplication is not permitted.) Quality reproductions must be emphasized. Broken type or faint print is not acceptable. Photocopies with dark or blurred lines or dark edges are not acceptable.

The original should not be submitted. Corrections may be made on the original and the corrected pages may then be reproduced and substituted for unacceptable pages in the final copies.

No, interlineations, crossing out of letters or words, strikeovers, corrections made by use of liquid paper or erasures are permitted on final copies.

Final typescript must be accurate, consistent in style, acceptable in format and neat in appearance.

Note: Arrangements for the duplication of manuscripts should be made well in advance of the deadline for submission. Duplicating centers available to the student have demands on their facilities and cannot always meet the desired delivery date unless scheduling is carefully planned ahead.
