The 4-H archery project is open to all 4-H youth in the Victoria County 4-H program. Participants must hold membership with one of the Victoria County 4-H Community Clubs prior to joining the archery project. Sign up for the 4-H archery project is typically held in early September of each year. Sign up and practice currently occurs at the Strait Arrow Archery Learning Center located at 60 Storehouse Drive (at the Victoria Regional Airport).
